I was recently staying in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we have been greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the ocean. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent BBQ area, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unparalleled! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. Also, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleaning**: The loft was pristinely clean and very well taken care of.

A wonderful stay, extremely clean place, all very neatly tidy , bringing indescribable warmth. the service of Lucas who received us with a smile and a lot of kindness , always ready to assist us. Cláudia da limpeza also left everything tidy and smelling . the super quiet beach the way we wanted it to be. we'll definitely be back ! i recommend it.

It was very good, Mr. Ricardo very attentive and did not measure effort to help! Even though there was no garage, it left me to put the bike inside the place because there was a little space for the bike! I liked it a lot and would rent it back with him easily! And it's what I was really looking for, a place to sleep even because my focus was to stay all day out and the place served me too much!

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

What a delight of home!! No doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Near everything, it does everything on foot, the beach downstairs and in the best spots! No doubt a great location!! The house and like this one in the photos, the bathrooms and large bedrooms, has everything you need utensils, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! We had a small mishap at check-in time, but nothing to hinder our stay. The apartment is great, spacious and well ventilated and is located only 1 block to the beach.
