There are 3 rooms and 2 balconies facing the black sand beach, one of the most exclusive areas of Guarapari. The building has a swimming pool and barbecue area. There are 2 full suites in one of the main bathrooms, you also have the sea view. 2 bedrooms have air conditioning and all 3 have ceiling fans!
