My stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, spacious, comfortable and with a lovely sea view. The location is perfect, close to everything, which makes it very easy. The hostess was very receptive and attentive, always available for any questions. I had no problem during the stay. I would definitely host again and recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well located accommodation with an amazing view.

My family and I spent incredible and unforgettable days, Rafael and Erica's apartment is charming, beautiful, everything in extremely good taste, we felt like we were in a hotel. Rafael responds promptly and clarifies all doubts, description and photos of the place made accurately, employees and residents of the building super polite and attentive, it is our second time in this spectacular place and we will certainly return God willing. The view from the room is a show in itself, spectacular, a gift from God, if I may give you a tip/advice: take at least 1 day to contemplate the sunrise, surreal and beautiful.

My stay at Izi's apartment was great, clean, cozy apartment without counting the beautiful sea view. Everything perfect , super organized. I intend to go back again and again.

Dani is very attentive, willing to help and give tips about the city. I made the reservation because of the reviews I had read and it is all that and a little more. Check-in and Checkout with flexible hours. Very organized studio apartment, well-equipped kitchen, new utensils, new pots, dish towels. The refrigerator was already on and had cold water, even though it was not a duplex, it freezes well, and there was a new loofah and liquid detergent in the sink. There's nothing I needed that I couldn't find. Clean and extremely smelling bedding. TV with streaming, high-speed Internet. Beach kit with 2 beach chairs, sand bag, sunshade and cooler. In the bathroom, liquid soap, face towel, bath soap, toilet paper and a wonderful shower with very hot water. Finally, she thought of every detail, every corner to optimise the space and make the guest comfortable. And added to the location, very central and close to the beach. Dani's Corner is the choice in Guarapari.😍

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

Staying at Karla’s place has been nothing short of amazing. For starters, she was very proactive to help us do our check in despite us arriving much later than planned. And during our stay, she was extremely kind and responsive whenever we needed help. The little dependence where we stayed was perfect to have privacy and a peaceful stay while enjoying the beach nearby during the semana santa. We even ended up extending our stay!

An excellent apartment. The location provides a walk along the waterfront, as well as privileged access to the beaches. Another highlight is the proximity to commerce, which made it possible for us to do everything on foot. What delighted us the most was the beautiful view, the balcony is perfect for contemplating the sunrise and the evening, waking up and sleeping with the sound of the sea was an incredible experience. As for the facilities, they are quite satisfying, comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilets with good structure and a charming library. It is also worth highlighting the communication with the owner, which was quite quiet and has always been available to answer the questions.

Impeccable accommodation! The penthouse is even more beautiful than in the photos — spacious, super well decorated, with new and tasteful furniture in every room. The view is simply incredible, you can enjoy both the indoor area and the balcony. The leisure area is a show in itself: delicious jacuzzi, super cozy sauna and a barbecue with a brewery in the outdoor area that made everything even more complete. Perfect for enjoying good times with friends or family. The kitchen is super equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing, and the laundry was super useful during the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, ensuring peaceful nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

Nossa, one of the best weekends at Peracanga Beach! From the first contact with Marcus, I realized it would be perfect. In most locations you are limited by Check-in and check-out times. As I would arrive very early on Saturday and leave at the end of Sunday, I asked if we could have flexibility at these times and I was served exactly as I wanted. Upon arrival, I made contact with Rose who was impeccable in sympathy and simplicity. Super friendly porterers treating you as a resident. Gente, and the best, is just across the street and sit on the beach🏖️. My children loved the freedom to come and go. The impeccable, gorgeous and fondly prepared apartment. Super recommend and we will definitely be back soon.
