Our stay was great the apartment is like the photos, spacious with good showers, air-conditioning and working wifi, the staff of the TBM building were very kind. My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is simple but very cozy. I have nothing to complain about, feel at home, we love the place and the locals are super antecious, we had no problem. We will definitely return many times, thank you for receiving us so well, it was worth every minute we spent in this wonderful place, gratitude and the word!!!!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Our stay at home was excellent! Place is clean, airy and well-maintained. The beach is simply beautiful and is close by. The house is well-equipped, with everything we need for comfortable and quiet days. Our family loved every moment.

Our stay at the beach house at Enseada was excellent! The house is large, well cared for and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. A special highlight goes to the homemade Fabiano and his wife who were extremely kind, helpful and always available to help us with whatever we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we would certainly return. Super recommended!

The stay in Luiz's house was perfect! It had everything I needed, it is quite comfortable, even has a barbecue in the outside area and is “face for the goal”, exactly at the peak of the waves in Itamambuca! 🏄🏽‍♂️ In addition, as if not enough (rs), Luiz was extremely kind, always ready to help in case of any need or with recommendations about Itamambuca and Ubatuba and region in general. I will definitely return. Hopefully soon. I highly recommend staying in your home as I highly recommend you as a host.

We spent 8 days in the apartment and it was just amazing. It's exactly like the photos of the ad, air-conditioning in the living room and room in perfect working room, all the necessary kitchen utensils, wonderful location, practically shore and the space of the apt was great for my family, we went in 3, including a child! I would like to mention also how wonderful the host, Sônia, was wonderful with us! We need to change the date of the trip and it was extremely understanding and helpful! Not to mention that every time we need to contact her, she was on standby to meet us to answer questions, provide assistance and provide all the necessary information! Surely made our stay even better! The host's impeccable treatment and amazing fit too! It's a perfect combo! They were wonderful days in this apartment and we hope to come back more often! Super recommend!!!

Very beautiful place near several restaurants... At night we do everything on foot. The apartment is great, the mattresses had covers and are very comfortable!

Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

The apartment is wonderful! Everything very clean, organized. The kitchen is super equipped, bathrooms, very good rooms. The location is excellent… close to everything! Amei and super I intend to return. Very helpful Rosinei. The caretaker Josiane also super good people and helped us when we need it. Nota 1000!!!!

I loved our stay, ap. Perfect, everything new and the great space, I was surprised, much more than expected… everything I needed to cook (bowls, dishes, etc.) had to spare. The easy access location is very quiet, Mr. Quite requested, mt gentleman… If I have the opportunity I will come back other times, I recommend it!

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
