Beachfront holiday rental in Praia do Sonho

Flávia was very kind and attentive, fulfilling all our requests. I received all the instructions in advance very clearly. The house is exactly as in the pictures and very cozy. The location is wonderful, going to the beach and the Centrinho on foot. We do not use the car for anything. I loved the stay and would like to come back again.

We had a beautiful stay where as a couple we could enjoy the spectacular house and the quiet and very nice surroundings with many attractions nearby. The place is as spectacular as the description and was spotless, it has everything you need to enjoy and rest.

Monica's house is spectacular! To begin with, the view is simply amazing — whether from the deck, the living room or the bedroom, it is possible to contemplate the sea and the mountains. It's something really indescribable. The location is also excellent: on the top of Morro do Vigia, a quiet, quiet and perfect place to rest. In addition, it is close to the historic center, a charming fishing village with great restaurants, ideal for savouring delicious seafood dishes. The house was extremely clean, very well cared for and organized, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were very well received by Monica, who gave us great tips on what to do and where to go, always very solicitous when we need to. Note: Our dogs loved the stay and were very welcome in the house!

Great location! Stand in the sand, close to the centrinho and trade. You can do everything on foot. Clean environment, with many amenities and comfort. You just have to take care not to turn on more than one air conditioner and along with a shower that falls to the general of the house. Outside this energy problem, the rest is perfect!

Fantastic location in Ribeirao da Ilha. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, and the privacy of the deck with a view over the bay was spectacular - especially from the pool or hot tub. Rancho Acoriano was hands down the best restaurant of the many options; you can miss it! Renato the owner was fantastic to work with; thank you for an unforgettable week!

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

There were seven days of extreme peace and tranquility in this house, which by the way is a great house, spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy, a beautiful swimming pool and kayaks were part of the fun, balcony, living room and kitchen with a spectacular view of the bay of Florianópolis. João Gustavo and his collaborators made a difference, in short, it was very worth having chosen this property, congratulations.

Place top, flawless house, well-equipped. The Internet failed a little bit, but nothing that annoys much. What left to be desired was a work beside the house, a neighboring building. Village that the masons woke us up every day at 07 hrs in the morning with a lot of noise. Everything was perfect.

I really enjoyed my time and I wish I could’ve extended but they were booked the following week. I felt right at home. I loved having my patio facing beautiful trees, hearing the ocean waves, being serenaded by birds and most of all frequent visits from the 2 sweet dogs & 3 lovely cats. I grew so fond of all their pets and all their cuddles. It’s a peaceful and relaxing area that helped me rejuvenate. I’m thankful for such wonderful hosts who made me feel welcomed. Carine was so gracious in lending me her Bicycle. Boris gave me some information about the area, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to return next year!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this house! The property is large and airy and extremely comfortable. All rooms have a private bathroom, which provided even more convenience. The cleaning of the house was impeccable and the bedding, in addition to being very well cared for, were smelling, conveying a sense of welcoming. The location is excellent, with super easy access the whole road is paved and there are nearby markets that you can walk, which made everyday life much easier. The visual around is simply amazing, especially for the sunset, which was a separate spectacle. Undoubtedly an unforgettable stay! I highly recommend and hopefully come back soon

Zé is a great host and the house is incredible. In less than a minute, you are at the beach and there are restaurants in the area where you can eat great food for a reasonable price.

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

An excellent option for those seeking a “home sweet home” home near a quiet beach amidst trails, lagoon, and nature. Exceptional cost-benefit ratio, as the rooms are wide, some built with affection by the hosts, who in turn are very kind and helpful. Access to services such as markets, bakeries and pharmacies is easy, which requires a 15-minute walk, or a 3-minute drive. As it is between Campeche and Joaquina, also close to Lagoa da Conceição, it is a great location for vegetarians or vegans, as there are excellent options for restaurants, bakery and vegan snacks nearby.

We stayed at Denise's apartment with my family and had an excellent experience. She was very helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably. The apartment is cool and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We were surprised by the number of toys for the beach and chairs available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, just like the photos, even better. Everything is very clean, tidy and homey. Nothing was missing in the house, it had everything you could imagine needing. Very spacious, the beach at the foot of the house. Friendly neighbors, capibaras on sight every day. Nature everywhere. 100% recommended place, my family and I want to repeat the stay, especially for Rosana's attention, very attentive, friendly, available 24 hours.

We had a very good experience in the house, the view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful and the terrain too, the surroundings are beautiful and it's great for relaxing, it was our first experience renting an airbnb and we really liked the place. We had some negative points in the matter of cleaning and maintenance, they were ready to resolve. Communication with her was easy and she gave a lot of assistance.
