We were made to feel very welcome in the apartment, an extremely attentive and helpful broker. The photos exactly match the location and we love the fact that there is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room. The beach is beautiful, quiet and is very close to other beaches, such as Guarda do Embaú, Pinheira and Garopaba. Apt well located and close to restaurants and supermarket. Highly recommend :)

We loved the stay. Ronaldo is attentive, cordial and friendly. He responded to the requests made and gave us tips for sightseeing, always helpful. The apartment is as shown in the photos, close to the sea. Quiet, very residential location. There's not much to do at night, but that wasn't a problem :) I would definitely come back.

Cozy apartment, new furniture, and everything very organized, impeccable cleaning with towels and bedding that were super-scented. Otima location and Dona Rozangela was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We'll be back for sure!

Dirk’s place was such a big surprise! This place has everything you need for a long stay. It's well equipped, clean, next to everything, easy to find, and very safe. Two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen-dining room, and adjoining living room. All modern and very well set. Everything you need for cooking. The best thing is the very spacious terrace with a wonderful sea view and a heated jacuzzi that is appreciated when the weather is not very warm. 300 meters from the beach, everything is very nice. 100% recommendable.

A luxury, private, beautiful landscaped accommodation with guest facial recognition access (set up at check-in). The place has many amenities, an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a heated pool, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi, a 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, a parasol, a barbecue (we didn't use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

I stayed and didn't want to leave anymore! I want to live in this house Kk very good location! Both the neighborhood and the house, Leo the host left the house impeccable, super clean, well decorated, well used space (it had exactly everything I wanted!) The caretakers live on the premises and helped me with everything! Perfect kitchen, several bathrooms for comfort, leisure area and barbecue It's sunny for almost 12 hours (and good curtains). You can see both the sunrise and the sunset. Wonderful heated bathtub, very comfortable place to work. I'll definitely come back more often

I really liked the place, when we arrived we already smelled clean, all very clean. We only had a problem with the TV that didn't work, it was very slow. Boa Bed, clean and smelling bed linen. Kitchen Basic was able to turn around. The only part of putting the car on the street was not very good, there were few vacancies. But overall I really liked it, close to everything to go with the car. Cozy place

was the best experience in an Airbnb so far. Gicele was very receptive, left a manual and tips for guests, an extremely pleasant environment, we felt at home. I recommend it to everyone!!!!
