Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Praia do José Menino

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

I felt at home. The house is beautiful and very pleasant, as well as very clean. The internet also works very well. It is a renovated old house, with a style that we no longer see in modern houses. Very interesting. The interior decor is also very beautiful. I was with my boyfriend and we wanted to buy a similar house for us to live forever. You don't even want to leave. The host was very helpful, always responding to me very quickly. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 7 days, the house smelled good, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house as a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who enjoyed the house and the beach a lot. Quiet neighborhood, many shopping options, quiet streets day and night. We thank the hosts José and Laura for welcoming us with affection, always giving tips on places and restaurants. Beautiful beach, we had no difficulty getting there, wonderful experience, I recommend the space to everyone.

The place is extremely clean, organized, and fragrant. Bruno is a great host, he welcomed us very well, gave great recommendations. At all times of the stay, he was available to assist us with quick answers. Super family-friendly and cozy environment to create memories with children and family. I highly recommend it!

Since the beginning I was always well attended by Daniel's attention and promptness, the flat was a good option, with a harmonious internal composition, since my stay was for work, unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the advantages and amenities of the region, but it seemed to me a very cheerful and festive region with its numerous bars and restaurants.

I returned again to this apartment because I feel very comfortable, the place is very cozy and very well located. It is close to several markets such as Carrefour and Pão de Açucar, the best restaurants in São Vicente (Terraço, Gaudio, Ti Maria, etc) and I feel at home. I don't need to use the car for nothing, I left it on the street. One detail is that I lived in this neighborhood years ago, so I know it well. The apartment is well equipped and has a large outdoor area with beautiful views. I can't wait to return.

It was our third stay in the apartment and, as with the other 2 times, everything was perfect. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and super clean. The view is a spectacle apart. There is no better place to stay in Guarujá. Thanks again, José.

Great apartment in a convenient location, and I doubt you could find a better view anywhere in Santos. Sueli was super helpful, too, especially as I don't speak much Portuguese.

The Sunset penthouse was fantastic, even though there were only 2 of us, the apartment was much more than we needed, it is an ideal penthouse for couples or people with children. Normally I would say that my reviews are very serious, but in this case I could not use another term "EXCELLENT" I recommend 100% ...... if it was not so big I would definitely come back other times. Congratulations Adriana, we do have to comment, whether it is positive or not, as this helps other interested parties a lot.

Gustavo is a good host. He responds quickly, gives important information, and asks for help from the building staff. The apartment is comfortable, has several kitchen utensils, 2 TVs, an office with a desk and Wi-Fi. It was very nice to stay there, me, my husband and the dog. We'll be back for sure.
