The house of Mr. Valdemar is beautiful, spacious and super comfortable! Great value for money, we really like it! Good for kids. We're a small family so it suited us well. Good structure, close to the beach, but you have to walk about 300 meters. Everything was clean and organized. Freezer freezes a lot, good fridge and great stove.

But I found it a little far from the center, but buses in front and it is possible to make the payment with pix via Qrcode. The condominium is very organized and the concierge is always accessible. The place is nice, clean and well maintained, the only point that could be improved are the items on the market. The apartment is small but cozy. Maintained furniture, soft mattresses, taps with great water pressure. It has all the items offered. The porch door needs maintenance because it needed a lot of strength to open it. Another point that took us by surprise was the distance from the condominium to the tourist spots. But overall, it was well worth this lodging.
