The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and organized, the atmosphere is very family-like, with a wonderful leisure area, including the restaurant whose menu is very good. The service provided by Francy was excellent.

Matheus excellent host...without having to complain only to thank...we had some unforeseen events as an example the sandwich maker had stopped working promptly was bought another and already took us a new one...apt top d+ with everything that was necessary for us who stayed for 5 days..... sensational condominium pool my daughter loved it, the porters always requested we asked ifood one day at lunch restaurant Biro Beach super into account and good food... at night we ordered pizza Beach very good tbm indico... The beach in the very quiet front, we walked to Beach Park down the main street and back down the beach very cool. No doubt I will recommend to friends or we will return...hehe...Valeu Matheus continue like this ;)

The stay in the days we stayed was great. Paulo was requested from before we arrived in Fortaleza because we need to enter before the check in stipulated here in the app, gave tips of places to go and it was very quiet with us. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, we barely get Uber due to the proximity of restaurants, cafes and the like. My wife, cousin and aunts liked it a lot, beautiful apartment, very clean and complete, surprised me a lot. What could be better: I had to use the TV a few days and it crashed a lot and it was slow, it could help that. The bathing box could be bigger (but I'm 1.90 tall so it might be a thought just mine), the wifi found it bad at times, since we were 6 and there were more people in the other ap, I used only mobile data, but wifi gives a cost, you could have one more TV at least in the suite and maybe an airfryer, which would be more luxury. Of the rest was wonderful, full kitchen and very large! Thank you, Paulo.

The stay was excellent! The apto is in great condition and the condominium is very good, especially the prices and quality of the restaurant. We have only had the misfortune of a few cockroaches appearing within the apt and it is important to reinforce that the dedetisation is up to date, as this is common anywhere. Another point that we had difficulty was the option of bakery in the complex, which is somewhat limited in relation to options, not having fruits, and which only opens at 8am. However, the breakfast in the nearby resort, Dom Pedro Laguna, is very good, which serves the external public and is open at7:30 am.

Junior space is perfect! Near several places! Wonderful view! Safe place to walk! We'd be back for sure !

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

Apt. with great location, sea view, super close to the pool and the food trucks. We had a problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms, and the next day they installed another brand new one. Tais always responded to me promptly and with a lot of education!

The condominium is very organized and the concierge is always accessible. The place is nice, clean and well maintained, the only point that could be improved are the items on the market. The apartment is small but cozy. Maintained furniture, soft mattresses, taps with great water pressure. It has all the items offered. The porch door needs maintenance because it needed a lot of strength to open it. Another point that took us by surprise was the distance from the condominium to the tourist spots. But overall, it was well worth this lodging.

I already knew the condominium, but Apartamento do Frode is excellent, large, comfortable, all clean, accommodated well my loved family,view of the pool and beach, given us all the necessary instructions... sure I will come back more times, sorry that we do not spend more days!

Great house, caring home and great location

Nice apartment on a good location and with a great view. Staff of the building is very friendly and helpful.

Everything is great, the leisure infrastructure of the condominium is excellent. It was a holiday and even had service in the pool (bar/ portions). Access to the beach is very beautiful. Internet good, apartment is like the photos, well-equipped kitchen, etc. The owner was extremely attentive and kind in accommodating our orders. Always responded very quickly. Staff of the building all cordial as well. Even on holiday, the condominium did not give a feeling of stocking, had leftover spaces in the garage, tables and chairs left over in the pool area... and the amnbiente is very familiar, with children, no mess, loud music or large groups.

The stay in the apartment was dreamed, we were 2 adults and 1 child, I could have gone with us another family without problems. Spacious environments. Everything clean, in good condition, everything new and working perfectly. Being so close to the beach is ideal.. in addition to the proximity to the water park.. the complex is impeccable, we used the pool a lot (it was practically just us), the gym also everything impeccable, the tables of the pool sector were beautiful and also those of the bottom quincho with the sea in the background, fantastic. We recommended it and would go back!!!
