Everything as described, clean apartment, with new furniture… all the items we were looking for we found in the apartment. A beautiful view!!!

The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/4 micro-market and best of all an unparalleled view. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely go back there! The house is comfortable, all rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and basic equipment with a blender, microwave and grill! The sea is the main attraction, going down the stairs you are on the beach with a spectacular view! We loved and had pleasant moments in the house! Thank you and until next.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was wonderful! Rafael was a super proactive and easy-to-communicate host, he helped with all the details I needed. Mari and Mazé, who take care of the house, are great, they solve everything and more! The house is exactly as pictured and a little more. I hope to be back soon!

We stayed at Henrique's house and we have nothing but praise! The house is exactly as in the photos — clean, organized, comfortable and with a perfect structure to welcome the family. The location is great, close to everything we need. Henrique was an impeccable host: attentive, helpful and always available. Everything worked perfectly during the stay. Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. As for the apartment, it is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Just like the listing! Everything is very beautiful, organized and comfortable and very close to Beach Park and the supermarket. We would definitely go back to Manoel's place. It was a great weekend.
