The hosts were extremely friendly and always responded quickly when we had questions. The apartment was impeccable and was in accordance with the advertisement. The condominium is very good and the staff are polite. Finally, the stay was wonderful and we will return again.

A wonderful building with a panoramic view, I felt welcomed and with untold comfort. Everything is clean, organized and with a beautiful outdoor space.

I had an excellent stay in Elizamar's apartment. The view is simply wonderful, with a wide view of the waterfront - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. The apartment was impeccable: clean, organized and with an attention to detail that really exceeded my expectations. It's always good to see when the host cares about every aspect of the experience. Elizamar was extremely attentive throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I definitely recommend it to others and hope to return soon!

We stayed for 7 days and whenever necessary, Matheus proved to be available and attentive. The house is beautiful, overlooking the pool and with the warmth of Fortaleza, the wind that hits the Apto is wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. Really excellent accommodation, beautiful apartment, comfortable with all the necessary elements to have a great stay. I spent 10 days in June and the truth is that it is highly recommended, the pool is always clean and in good condition, the common areas too, the beautiful beach is a three-minute walk away and the beach park. Close to a top-quality Piñeiro supermarket. The apartment with air and TV in all its rooms. Congratulations Anoel.

I loved my stay, the very beautiful apt with an incredible view, complete kitchen, clean , bed linen and impeccable bath. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk. Well located apartment.. large condominium.. on the first day we had a little difficulty walking around it, it seems a little confusing but with the days we found our way lol.. Very close to the Beira Mar fair, a lot of movement on the street every day, including on weekdays. It's very hot at night, sleeping only with the air conditioning on. Denise is a very nice person... she gave us tips and helped us when requested.

Impeccable apartment in great condition, extremely pleasant location, the host is very present and responds quickly, the house comfortably accommodates 6 people, it has great sound and TV in the living room and the beds are very comfortable!

The service regarding the doubts that arose was resolved quickly and very promptly. The place is on the 12th floor of the building, very beautiful, cozy and can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen contains basic and useful utensils for the stay we had. The only point to note, which I don't consider negative, is that we could have been informed at check-in that the hotel pool was closed. We only found out because of the notice inside the elevator (the pool/leisure area was a determining factor for renting the place). Otherwise, we had another option nearby, which was the beach, just across the avenue. The apartment floor is very quiet and peaceful, a very positive point. Easy to get around with app cars, both to get to and from the hotel. I recommend it and I want to come back more often, this time with the pool working.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Super recommend. Anderson always available for doubt. We gave directions and suggestions for restaurants, snack, etc.. Well organized house and the same way as the listing. I will definitely return with my family again.

We really liked the house we stayed in. Very cozy atmosphere. Alessandra recommended a person who cooked very well.

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.
