we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

Beautiful house, extremely well located at walking distance of a few different beach options in Buzios as well as walking distance to the restaurants and bars at Rua das Pedras. However, still well placed in a nice quiet part of Buzios for a good night of sleep. Sidney, our host, also allowed and suggested us to hire their own staff at the house what made life a lot easier and our stay a lot more enjoyable making the whole experience to resemble the best of the worlds between a hotel and a house hire. The house is very spacious, very well maintained, decorated and equipped. 10 out of 10. We definitely intent to be back for another stay on another opportunity!

Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

Spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a complex next to other apartments and parking. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Simple kitchen with only burners. Everything was very clean, although the slightest crumb of food that remained was filled with ants. Very good location. The entrance to the complex is on a very narrow street, like an alley, with little traffic and a bit dark at night, which can give a little feeling of insecurity, but we had no problems. Friendly and decisive host.

The site is exactly like the photos, great cost-benefit, close to the beach of Geribá, which is very good by the way, could only make more in the cleaning, ( I say in the details ) because on top of the furniture there was a lot of dust and I had to clean, as well as in the fans of the ceiling township, nothing else to complain about.

Perfect, in every respect, the excellent accommodation, from the reception we were super welcome , by receptionist Andreza, Mrs. Silvia, an odd person who responds and guides us quickly, to Louise a blessed and caring person, the wonderful duplex, an amazing view, a comfort that doesn't need better, has everything you need to enjoy great days in bins, super recommend and if God allows us to return

The place is very cozy!! Close to everything, to go to the fair on foot! The hydromassage with the view is a delight! And we use the barbecue with ease too! Voltaria for sure!!

very good apartment! a beautiful balcony. a couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, there's parking. The reception guys are super friendly!! gave us early check-in! It communicates immediately, that's very good!!!!!! thank you! excellent stay!!!

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well-equipped, clean, we love it! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very helpful, in addition to leaving treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

the house is in a very well located condominium and insurance. close to the beach and the commerce. good parking and safe condominium. the condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. it was great our lodging, would come back again! very attentive host. checkin and checkout super quiet. thanks for the period.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend in Paula's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, contains everything the guest needs, I felt at home. The condominio has a very large pool, a gym and is close to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely go back! Ah and Paula is very kind and made us very comfortable.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
