Simply wonderful! The stay was amazing from start to finish. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, impeccable in every detail, super well decorated, organized and with visible care in every corner. Extremely comfortable, with a delicious bed, cozy environments and everything very clean and well cared for. It was an experience above expectations! You can see the affection and care of those who prepared the space. Undoubtedly, one of those stays that we won't forget. I recommend with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

I spent two nights at Maria's residence and they were the two best nights I've had in the last few months. Sleeping, waking up and starting the day with a view like this absurdly improves a person's mood. Paz defines the place. I went with my girlfriend and we both loved the experience. I thank the two hosts very much for being willing to accommodate and understand our stay.

The house is excellent, spacious, well-equipped. We use the barbecue, the pizza oven, the pool, the slide and the sauna. Everything worked perfectly (the Spoletto-style pizza night - each one assembles their own - was a success!). Note: there is no firewood available, you need to bring it. All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning, which brings a lot of comfort to all guests. In addition to the bathrooms in the rooms, there is a social toilet and an external bathroom. Many pots, platters, utensils in general. Very complete house. Junior, the caretaker, was super attentive. The house is one block from the beach, an excellent location. There is a bakery and pharmacy nearby, within walking distance. Wifi worked well. The house comfortably accommodates 15 people, so we were able to bring together my family and my husband's family. It was 3 days of great fun! We love the accommodation and will certainly be back! The only thing we missed, but that did not compromise the accommodation, was a full-length mirror.

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. House is exactly like in the pictures, the view is even better! Comércios next to the house, snack bars,I particularly ordered at ifood which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, I responded quickly and I had no problems!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful and clean house. By arriving the air conditioning was already on, fully equipped kitchen, bedding with a wonderful smell, a very comfortable double bed, we also love the whole outdoor area, swimming pool, hammocks. Extreme quiet place, great for relaxing. Adriana and Marcos were very attentive and helpful, always ready to ask questions. We will definitely return

I have no words to describe this paradise, I'm in love! I went with a group of friends, we didn't have any problems and in fact the hosts were there 24 hours a day to answer any questions we had. I'll definitely be back!

The place is amazing, super comfortable and cozy, close to the beach, there is a little bar down below that allowed us to watch the game of Flamengo, whenever we can we will return for sure! Eduardo very attentive, gave us instructions of everything around, I always request!

Rodrigo is a very polite host, responds quickly, practical and helpful. The apartment is much more than the photos show. Everything was extremely clean. There was a blanket to cover yourself (I saw some comments about not having one) which helped us a lot, because the night got cold. Very well equipped and modern. The view is spectacular! Admiring it from the hammock on the balcony was the highlight! Thank you, Rodrigo! We will definitely be back soon :)

Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

The apartment is amazing, better than in the photos. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it in this place because of the comfort and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to a large number of pots and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and sea in all rooms. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, cordial and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend it.

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

Great location very close to the beach and lagoon, short drive to Rio’s main attractions. So nice to have the place clean and breakfast made by wonderful and friendly maids. Cesar is responsive and accommodating. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Rio for our first time coming from USA on our way to visit my side of the family in RS. Unforgettable trip na cidade maravilhosa! 🤩

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

The stay was great, excellent location! Perfect access to Riocentro. Location with great infrastructure with coffee, restaurant, market, etc. the suite is clean, organized, cozy and comfortable. We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

Alexandre is a great host! Organised, clean and well-located apartment, with bars, restaurant, pharmacy and market nearby. Beautiful beach in front of the residential complex. 10 out of 10 for you Alexandre!!!

The apartment is great for short stays and for those who have no intention of spending the day inside the apartment, as it has no kitchen. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. Elcio was very kind and always responded quickly. The apartment is on the back side, the view is great and extremely quiet. Check-in was easy, the building's security is great. It has a restaurant and a cafe for meals. RioCentro is 1.5 km away, you can walk there easily, and if you pick up the pace, you can return easily at night as well. A tip for future guests: don't enter the address when you request an Uber, enter the name of the building. I believe that Waze or the Uber app has a certain difficulty with the address, it sends you to a place about 1km away from the building itself.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

we felt very comfortable from the beginning, enjoyed the location and and especially in the evening after returning the beautiful terrace. It was a very nice stay and we would recommend it without restrictions.

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)
