Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Praia de Sernambetiba

The apartment is identical to the images, cozy, clean and very organized. I worked on a few remote days and everything worked perfectly. The view from the balcony is incredible, with the lagoon and the surrounding area, bright and airy. The condominium's staff are very attentive, helpful and dear. The infrastructure of the condominium is perfect, with heated swimming pool, gym, sauna and hot tub, used them and I liked it a lot. In front of the building, still in Peninsula (condominium) there is a 24-hour supermarket, restaurants and shops, I was able to walk through the condominium trails, I took advantage of the view and sunset on the wooden deck, where it parks the ferry. Safe environment and excellent location in Barra da Tijuca. Memorable stay, I felt very comfortable, like at home. I'm sure every time I'm in Rio I plan to stay here, thoughtful, polite, and proactive hosts. I love it!

Everything was excellent. A luxury apartment with all the amenities, facing the beach and close to the gastronomic area. Super comfortable sofa bed. The hostess is super attentive.

Excellent from the dealings with the host to the check out. The apartment is exactly as advertised, very well equipped and with all the amenities advertised (bed linen, bath, kitchen items, cleaning, towels for use in the pool/beach and beach kit at no additional cost). The region is great, literally on top of Paris 6, with a market, drugstore and bakery very close. And finally the balcony, which has a perfect view of the sea, sleeping with the sound of the waves is non-negotiable. Thank you very much, we will certainly return other times.

Apartment as described, just like the photos. Alexander responded quickly whenever I needed him to. It is very close to Rio Centro, a great location and has some shops nearby. I highly recommend it for those who go to events at Riocentro

I spent incredible days in this trimming, near the beach market of everything !! Not to mention that condominium has a gym, swimming pool, sauna all for well-being , comfort, very clean and cozy environment. It was perfect Very Good

I highlight Wellington's good communication and help as well as the cleanliness of the place, everything was IMPECCABLE. I would say for 4 people perfect, the 5th has no chair and the sofa bed is that... a couch. The beach 2 blocks away and a McDonald's steps away, few markets where to shop. Vegetación linda from the balcony. While we were there was no guard at the entrance of the building, but I guess it was by carnival. It's also a super quiet area, where you feel safe.

Ayres.. What a great stay. We have felt very much at home here and comfortable. Everything was clean and Ayres helped us well with everything. He took us to the local bakery and helped us order food when we arrived very late the first night. A lovely man, with a lovely family. we would definitely recommend!

Monica was very hospitable and we were very comfortable since the reception. She is very fine people, she has a good conversation and has given us several stays about locomotion and what to do in the Flamengo region. The house is in a very charming and super safe villa. It's near the subway and has a good variety of buses. A find! The room that was made available to me is large, has a comfortable bed, air-conditioned and a bathroom in front, which only my friend and I use. Super recommend staying with her!!!

The place is great. Easy to find, well located between Barra and Recreio and the building has several amenities, such as a swimming pool, spa, sauna and restaurant/bar, as well as a market. The space itself is very clean, large and has a great bed. The owner, Elaine, is always available and left everything great in the reservation.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

The apartment was very good, comfortable with good facilities and internet. It was in a good location for us and the cafe downstairs was good too. I would recommend staying here and we would definitely return!
