To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Very clean and organized the house, good location, close to great beaches. Great reception, hosts gave tips on places in the city to know, how to get there, and events that would happen on the date I went. I highly recommend, I would go again without a second thought!!

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for us to choose the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

Your Ziro is extremely polite, responsible and communicative. Township took my doubts, helped everything I could, and it's very nice. Over the house, clean, smelling too much, all organized. Excellent accommodation in condominium of twin houses, we were lucky because it was very empty at that time. Very well equipped house with beach chairs and umbrellas, full kitchen. It is 3 blocks from Bacutia, the best beach in the region.

It was very quiet days and nights and that I was able to enjoy the best that the beach of Meaípe has to offer. Antônio was incredible, it left everything very clean and neat for me to be able to rest and was also extremely attentive to my doubts about the place, as well as a very helpful host in helping me to have the best experience possible, especially with regard to my checkout. The apartment is great very close to the beach of Bacutia which is beautiful with calm and crystal clear waters, a great place for children. For those with small children, the apartment is perfect because it is very close to the beach, to walk quietly.

We already knew the Peracanga region but first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, with many utensils, dish cloths, and is located in the best region, right in front of the entrance to the kiosks in addition to having a very good pool and BBQ area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated, cool, well lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we slept and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left a little to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach the rooms well. Oh, and I missed a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth visiting!!

Excellent accommodation! We found the apartment smelling as if it had just been cleaned. I traveled with my elderly parents, so I looked for an apartment close to the beach. Elaine's apartment is just 1 block from the beach, it was very good for them. The mattresses are great and the pillows too, we had good nights of sleep. The TV works and Elaine left the prime unlocked. My elderly father likes to watch the news. The shower has a lot of water, very good! The kitchen has a microwave, a blender, a mixer and a few pots. I didn't intend to make lunch at home, so it suited me perfectly. Don't be afraid to rent it, we really like it
