New building, recently delivered. It is in front of a beautiful lagoon in Enseada Azul. The property is fully equipped with everything you need to spend days in great comfort. Air conditioning in all three bedrooms, a large balcony. Two parking spaces, swimming pool in the building, sauna and barbecue that can be booked in advance according to availability. Guaibura Beach next door, Peracanga Beach and Bacutia a few minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive.
