Excellent location, close to the beach. Good cost-benefit, the house had everything seen in the photos and description and even though it was a little old it was functional in everything we wanted. Atendimento dos homemiros was impeccable, very discreet people who helped in everything that was needed. I recommend it.

House close to restaurants, 24hr convenience, and the famous Dragon of the Sea cultural center, with excellent film programming. Bathroom linens, appliances, everything you need! Very kind from the beginning, whether with the flexibility of check-in or with the daily life in the house. Attenciosa on many things, even in arranging for us to buy some supplies on a holiday day. The accommodation was great, impeccable house. I traveled with a wife and 3 daughters plus a couple of friends. We were fine, and everything worked properly. Thank you.

The stay was excellent, the host was very helpful and collaborating! Perfect, beachfront location, all as described in the ad. all in their proper use! Just one piece of advice for Lydia: we missed a washing machine. But we rented according to the announcement that there would be no washing machine. Great value for money... recommend...well worth it! We will return!

One of the best hosting I've ever done. The apartment and kitchen are equipped with everything you may need. Including bed and bath linens. Quiet, quiet and safe. The concierge who answered us was extremely kind to us. Communication with the hostess is fast and she is very soliciting. The location is very good. Near supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants… on the sidewalk of the building has bicycles to rent. Anyway, I am 100% satisfied!!

We have already rented other units in this condominium, but André's accommodation was a pleasant surprise! The condominium is excellent, on the sand, organized, with kind and attentive staff. Close to good restaurants, markets and etc. You can walk to the beach park along the beach. André's apartment was excellent for my family. Two very comfortable en-suites, plus an outbuilding with a bathroom! Everything is of great quality and working perfectly. The kitchen is complete and had all the utensils we needed. I recommend it to everyone and I am immensely grateful to André for his kindness and speed in communication, always concerned with making everything perfect!

Raissa's property is really amazing. New, well located, well equipped, comfortable beds and pillows, in addition to the care with the decoration and quality of the bed linen and kitchen utensils. The place has two air-conditioners that are installed in the bedrooms, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer and other new appliances that made the difference. We were happy with the accommodation and recommend it!

Local located exactly as in the description, foot in the sand, accommodated the whole family well and we had 2 children. The view from the sunrise is beautiful. There is no market so close, but walking a little close to Beach Park has a full grocery store, nothing a hike didn't solve. The village had items needed for cooking, close to Beach Park, everything was organized, had clean towels and basic items. The Host gave the necessary clear information. I highly recommend it for sure.

Beautiful place near absolutely everything that is good in Fortaleza, I highly indicate the Vignoli restaurant if you get tired of seafood , is on the corner at the top street. Eliane's AP is perfect for a couple with kids , the rooms are comfortable and the pools are great for kids, Eliane and a friendliness! Indico milm Times !
