Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia de Iracema

An unparalleled view! The complex is beautiful. Felipe was always attentive and answered our questions. He contacted us a few days before, he was very kind. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very comfortable, but it has details that need a little maintenance. (A shower screen did not close, the chair has an unpleasant smell, I imagine because people sit on it a bit wet from the beach, the grab bar in the shower is loose, there are many ants) The beds are very comfortable but the double bed only has single sheets, so it's a little uncomfortable.

My group was on mission in Fortaleza and we were very well served by Mrs. Ellen. The description and photos exactly match the site and Ellen was super attentive. I recommend it and I will return whenever possible.

The place is super complete, it has everything. It has no coffee maker, but it has many other appliances that compensate. The location is great, but I was afraid to walk, as the streets leading to the movement are deserted. but it is very close to everything. The building is very complete, has a good area of coexistence. The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. It is only the bedding clothes, which were very clean, but with a not very good appearance.

Cibelle was an excellent host, with quick replies and organized material with all the information! The apartment is exactly as pictured, it was super clean, it is well equipped and the hotel in sei is worth it with leisure programming and the great restaurant! Accommodation 10/10!!

The apartment is very comfortable, has one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The pool is big is very good, wonderful. It is located in the best part of Beira Mar de Fortaleza. It is very good to walk on Beira Mar at night, I recommend.

Great house! Complete! We went to 4 families with some children and babies, everyone enjoyed the spaces a lot! It was worth it! Careful and proactive housekeeper, always organizing and taking care of the place. Mr. Paulo answered whenever we need it. I recommend it and will be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

We were very welcome, Host Douglas showed us the house and advised us on every situation and detail of the house, an excellent place for those who like park and home has everything to serve a large family. Fridge, brewery even has wood stove 🪵 congratulations. We'll be back for sure.

We had an amazing experience in this house! We made a 15-year mini commemoration for a very special girl, and everything was perfect. The house is wonderful, very well equipped, it had everything we needed and even more — it exceeded all expectations! Everyone had fun and enjoyed every moment. Host, Cidelma, was extremely attentive, answered all our questions quickly and did everything to help us. The housekeeper, Mr. Gilmar, was also very helpful and gave us all the necessary support during the stay. We only have to thank you! We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

The building is old but nothing that hurt our stay because the apartment was impeccable and super comfortable! The only bad point in fact is the bathing area of the social bathroom but nothing that damages the stay since it has the bathroom of the suite that can be easily shared! By the way the suite is wonderful ! The second room also super spacious with a king bed!

Matheus excellent host...without having to complain only to thank...we had some unforeseen events as an example the sandwich maker had stopped working promptly was bought another and already took us a new one...apt top d+ with everything that was necessary for us who stayed for 5 days..... sensational condominium pool my daughter loved it, the porters always requested we asked ifood one day at lunch restaurant Biro Beach super into account and good food... at night we ordered pizza Beach very good tbm indico... The beach in the very quiet front, we walked to Beach Park down the main street and back down the beach very cool. No doubt I will recommend to friends or we will return...hehe...Valeu Matheus continue like this ;)
