House with 3 floors: 1st floor: 1 bedroom with bunk bed + closed garage for two cars 2nd floor: Living room + balcony + kitchen + laundry + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet 3rd floor: Balcony + 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) + 2 bathrooms The condominium has a security service + caretaker! There is no pool or bed linens

Beautiful house with private entrance, overlooking the Caixa d'Aço sea in the fishing village of Araçá in Porto Belo. Close to schooner rides, Araçá Silvestre restaurant, Marques Market, Araçá beach, Caixa d'Aço beach, shipyard beach. It has a covered garage for 2 cars and a patio with parking for 2 more cars.
