Wonderful house that we like so much that we extended to spend another 25 days! 1 minute from the beach, the house is very cozy and has everything you need to spend short and long periods in a comfortable way. When you use the AIRBNB platform to rent out space, we never have the real scale of what's waiting for us. We may be surprised by the most diverse species. From the most pleasurable to the ones, not so much. ANA MARIA's space definitely fits the first type. I was surprised by the warmth at the check in, the attention to the details of the past information, the promptness in the responses to the requests, the space itself with its amenities lovingly arranged so that everything was a taste. However, what stood out like never before, was sweetness on the part of Ana and her husband, The Pirate, in driving everything. That has no words to describe how positively surprised I was. Very cozy place, I felt at home. It is close to the market, beach, and all shops. View of the mountains... living room, kitchen, shared barbecue. Everyone is very polite and receptive!

The whole stay was quiet and nice. The place is exactly as in the photos, all very neat and neatly neat, with various amenities. Vanessa and Rafael are extremely kind and left some pampering to us, we are very happy to be in their space, for sure we will return to the accommodation, we love the space too much, it is very big and with everything we need. They gave us several tips for tours in the region and locals for a night outing. There were beach items available and other kitchen and laundry items for use. It has air conditioning in the living room that maintains the entire air-conditioned space. There is a space on the outside for a shower after arriving from the beach that was very helpful. We highly recommend the space, local and hosts, we love the time we spend there.

Anderson was an excellent hoster, easy communication, always proactive, good energy and willing to help from the beginning. The place is great, super nice, very safe, quiet neighbor. The house has all the appliances so that you can feel at home. I am a suspect to speak of, I will be undoubtedly more often when I return to Itajaí. Note 10, note 100 for both the venue and the treatment received by Anderson and his parents. Without a doubt, I RECOMMEND IT, I felt at home during the 40 days.

Junior and his wife Leticia offered one of the best stays you couldn't even imagine! Since arrival and welcome in the space, we have been greeted with a lot of love and affection, almost like being at home. Junior excellent guide of the region, knows the city in the back of his hand. Leticia is always willing to serve guests and keep the place at the highest level. I'll be back soon and highly recommend this option!
