The AP is in a very quiet place, foot in the sand. The sea view is wonderful, a beautiful (closed) balcony of glass. All rooms have air conditioning. The building is located for those who really want to rest and want peace of mind. It left a little to be desired in the matter of beach materials, vide chairs (reclining beach chair has enough, high chair is missing) and sand bag (this one does not have). Of the rest, it is complete. The caretaker is very attentive, willing, explains everything right, dear. As we traveled from afar, we ended up arriving just before the time (it was difficult to set the exact time of arrival), and still allowed the entrance. I'd go back there for sure.

I felt at home, both for the location and the reception, note 10 for the service, grade 10 for the location, grade 10 for the convenience and practicality. I'm sure when I get back to Bombinhas we'll stay there again. Apartment with feet in the sand, and on the other side with your feet on the main street, close to the trade, bars and restaurants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Very nice apartment, as advertised. With many utensils, it even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker (for me it was very useful). The location is excellent, close to a supermarket, restaurants and very close to the beach. The host is very helpful, gave great tips and responds quickly. On top of all this, Bombinhas beach is really wonderful. I highly recommend it! Finally, there is one detail that can be improved: the host charges an additional fee of 150 reais for the supply of bed linen and towels, charged outside the app, I believe it would make more sense to include this amount in the daily rate.

Wonderful place, super cozy house! It doesn't make you want to leave. Unique warning to leave is that the house is in a steep ascent, but that's why it has this lush view, which makes up for everything. The owners of the house are also great and very attentive. Ah! citywide market is expensive so if you want to take your things is better.

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

The place is incredible, we had a wonderful weekend, where we were able to rest and relax with nature present, the place is great for those who like to have their peace, we will definitely return, I recommend it.

Maria Eduarda's house is very nice, the place is amazing, styled in the sand! The garden of the house is very large and perfect for sunbathing, Yoga and outdoor activities. The view is amazing both at dawn and during the day! A paradise even for those who like tranquility and privacy! This time we stayed in April and May is very good because few people circulated there, because due to the wooden deck that exists, in high season the frequency of people must be great, and we always seek something more private and quiet! We hope to return another time! I highly recommend it!

Exceptional place! We loved it from the pictures and when we arrived wow! We were even more surprised. It has absolutely everything to have an amazing time as a family. Comfortable beds and bedding, towels, pristine rooms, clean bathrooms, wide kitchen, the terrace is unparalleled. The place is really amazing to spend a few quiet days where you can breathe peace and you can disconnect from everything, but if you want to be connected from time to time the wifi works perfectly. The house is super located between the sea restaurants and supermarkets…

The home of Bárbara is very well located, close to the center and several beaches. As a result, it was possible to carry out a large part of our activities on foot. The house is situated in a very quiet region, good for resting. Barbara was helpful and helpful.

Apartment well located, it met our expectations,close to everything. The only caveat,which could have basic items for cleaning the apartment ex( sponge,detergent, soothing because what you have is broken),small details,in the most all jewelry! I highly recommend!

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up to a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
