I stayed at Juciene's place for several days and the stay was very enjoyable. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. The swimming pool is definitely a plus for relaxing during the day and there is also a mini-market in the condominium. Juciene was a perfect host, very communicative and helpful, including looking for solutions to problems I needed. I recommend the stay

Very clean and tidy home. Location is good. Only negative point that the air-conditioning of one of the rooms was not working and in Aracaju the heat is very intense, generating discomfort.

The stay was great Apartment with a huge, beautiful, clean, very comfortable room, comfortable beds, quiet place and at the same time close to the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions on the waterfront to walk. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and also in the living room, which was a wonderful differential! Washing machine with cleaning products, which was another differential. When we return to Aracaju we will stay in that apartment again, for sure.

We host myself, my husband and my son, and we just love the stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: cozy, clean and super complete. Luís was extremely attentive and always responded very quickly. The location is also excellent, in the evening we did everything by foot, by train or even by scooter, which are scattered around Atalaia. We have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

Responsive and enjoyable host very nice environment, clean. Very important comfortable mattress. Pool 5 min away with m pond, children's games. just the downside not easy to pay for electricity on the internet.

Perfect Stay! Ewerton was super helpful and thoughtful from start to finish. House is exactly like in pictures, clean, with a great view and location. The beach is near walking, just across the street from the condominium, and also has a very good kiosk. Not to mention Aracaju does not require comment! I would recommend everything and would close deal with Ewerton again. Already waiting for the next opportunity to return 🙏🏻

House in a condominium less than 3 km from Abaís beach. It is also close to Lagoa dos Tambaquis and not far from Saco beach, which is where access to Mangue Seco beach is given. Great place to stay and visit the tourist attractions of the region, including the capital Aracajú. The condominium pool is huge and always very clean, very good for bathing with the children. Very family-friendly location and very attentive host. I highly recommend it.
