Well-equipped, clean and tidy apartment with everything you need for a stay. Very good to have protective screens on the veranda and bedroom windows. The condominium has a good swimming pool, game room and children's playground. Me and my family really liked the accommodation. I highly recommend it. Good value for money.

The second time I've been in the sunflower village, and how great the first time everything was! The wonderful and thoughtful host! Next to the sea, there is a bakery and cafeteria and the beach tent also great, for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Aracaju! I'm already planning a return soon!

The description of this vacation has only one word: perfect! Starting with the stay, which was impeccable, extremely cozy, complete in household utensils, all in perfect condition. The condominium is very quiet, perfect for children and close to excellent beach huts. But what we liked most were the hosts. Mr. Luiz and Mrs. Rose made us feel right at home. The chats at the end of the day were fun and very informative. I think it was the best vacation we've ever had. We came back with the desire to move to Aracaju. Laís was extremely helpful when we needed her. The apartment is well described, and has all the necessary accommodation for a stay. In our case, the trip was just me and my mom, so we had even more space. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the kitchen and laundry area are extremely spacious and pleasant. The TV is a very high point of the apartment, it seems to me that Laís has a chromecast, very practical for watching movies and series as a family. Points we really liked: the location, we are one block from the beach and very close to the tourist market, in addition if you have a car for the tours, as in our case, you leave the tumult of the watchtower and stay in a safe and quieter place, of similar quality and with a better cost-benefit; the television; the space of the apartment; and Laís' attention and care to serve us well. Points that can improve (suggestions): the living room sofa; the air conditioning in the second bedroom (power); an air conditioner in the living room would be amazing.

It is well worth staying with Fabrícia, a house near the beach of Atalaia, near Bares, restaurants, I will come back more often for sure, thanks for the accommodation.

We had a great stay spacious apt all clean, close to the waterfront and sights, from to do a lot of things going on foot. Aracaju is wonderful and has many excellent tours

We host myself, my husband and my son, and we just love the stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: cozy, clean and super complete. Luís was extremely attentive and always responded very quickly. The location is also excellent, in the evening we did everything by foot, by train or even by scooter, which are scattered around Atalaia. We have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

Our Stadia was great! Everything the way it looks like the pictures. Well-groomed and clean. We were only a little afraid of the ceiling fan that swings a little in the living room. Outriding it, everything was perfect and in great condition.

What a wonderful stay! The apartment is very nice, the decor is cozy, the kitchen is quite complete and the apartment smells so tasty, we feel as we open the door! Without counting Tereza's attention and availability, she is extremely kind! The location is great, for those who arrive late as I do and do not bring basic hygiene products, there are pharmacy and nearby market that work until 1 am (for walking). I highly recommend it! I only have compliments and thanks.
