The house is located inside a private Condominium, which is just 740m far from the beach. The condominium has a security guard at the entrance gate, a complete leisure area (swimming pool, gym, courts, games room), and a magnificent pond measuring over 9,000m², ideal for those who love fishing or taking walks while admiring the sunset. The house has a private pool, 3 suites with ar conditioner, 1 suite with fan, all kitchen appliances, and security cameras on the front and back entrance doors.

The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 en-suite, a social bathroom and a toilet, and the strong point of the house is its leisure area. Equipped with a huge wooden table, which comfortably seats 10 people, where meals, snacks can be served or even enjoy practicing the magnificent act of "talking".
