Kitchen equipped with 1 cooktop, 2 burners, utensils, plates, glasses, blender, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Covered parking for 1 car. The condominium area is common to guests. (note: we provide the TV with a TV box and internet access for Netflix/YouTube. We do not have an antenna for broadcast TV)

It has three bedrooms -one suite, two have air conditioning. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, workspace, washing machine, and a full kitchen. The 5-story condominium has an elevator, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area. Convenience, comfort, and leisure with excellent value for money!
