The house is very good, being well equipped with household items and electronic appliances. The two rooms have TV and air conditioner. The only problem we had, it was from some neighbors thinking that me and my family were loud, when in fact they were other neighbors. However, Lívia resolved the situation.

The house is directly on the fantastic sea. We enjoyed the tranquility very much. Very clean and simple house. Would recommend!

Very thankful for passing our Vacation in this hermoso lugar ! It's hard to find because it's really accessed by the beach ! No street. But not a problem . It's very private and safe. The patio of the house is the beach, it was something unique ! Very beautiful . Everything works well and the rooms are very comfortable, nice, with good beds. Two large comfortable bathrooms. And the beach is crazy, the nicest thing I saw . Thank you for letting us know this beautiful home!

House in a WONDERFUL condo. Mr. Júlio, Patrícia and Beto extremely attentive. The house is better than the photos. A huge terrain facing the lagoon. Children's may be loose without any worries. The water is shallow for many, many meters . 6 suites with air that cooled mto well. Large bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and has a fridge in the kitchen and balcony. Alem do freezer. Lawn in front and football pitch behind which the children loved. The terrain tb accommodated the 6 cars that were. I don't have anything to say. I suffered to come away. What a delightful place.

Great house, really like in the pictures. Great location and close to everything (you need to use a car to go to the beach). Cozy, safe and family-friendly location. Host super attentive and easy to communicate. The only point to improve would be the air-conditioning (they make a lot of noise and get in the way of sleep). I recommend the house to those looking for tranquility and security.

Amazing experience we had. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure, everything was simply impeccable. The house is wonderful and cozy, clean, well-equipped. Every detail makes a difference and shows the care you take in welcoming your guests in the best way possible. We feel at home all the time, with comfort, tranquility and safety. The location is also excellent, and everything worked perfectly during our stay. Certainly one of the best experiences we have ever had in hosting, we recommend with our eyes closed and, undoubtedly, we hope to return soon!

Adriana was very kind from the first contact, responding very quickly the times I needed to talk to her. The house is as shown in the ad and the condominium is very organized and safe. The house perfectly accommodated the 7 adults. We did not have time to take advantage of the ping-pong table, the pool and the barbecue, so we will have to return at another opportunity.

Super is worth it! We found the structure great, consistent with the listing and photos. We received indications of beach and places to know and we went most and we did not regret it. We rented a car, so we were halfway between Cabo Frio and Arraial, so travel was no problem. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Excellent house between Manguinhos and Geriba . Easy access to both beaches on foot. Tasteful and well-organized house. The host was responsive and available. Sunset at Porto da Barra is the highlight of the stay. Pool and barbecue grill close the package of attractions.

Marcelo's house is even more beautiful in person. Super comfortable, clean and organized. Close to the beach, shops and very quiet. Nilma is the SOUL OF THE HOUSE, very kind and always ready to help. I'll definitely be back!

Our stay in Buzios House was just amazing. The house is beautiful, spacious and cosy. The outside area is simply amazing and transfers a very special vibe- you don’t want to leave. The service of the whole team is great and the food chef Eraldo prepares freshly every day is absolutely amazing! We will definitely come back, can recommend 100%.
