Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Praia da Rocha

We had booked it for my 70th with all our family. Unfortunately my husband too ill and wasn’t allowed to fly. The rest of the family and grandchildren had the best time. The villa was as it was in the pictures, spacious and clean. The pool was spotless as the pool cleaner came to keep it maintained. It’s the first time my family had been to Portugal and they just loved it and would recommend anyone booking this villa would be very happy. They are due back today and the feedback from them has been very good. Infact we might just book this for next year. Steve and Natalie have been amazing hosts. We all would Definitely Highly Recommend this Villa and Location. 5 Star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful Airbnb right in the middle of Lagos, but far enough off of the main drag so it’s nice and quiet at night. Easy parking nearby and just steps from the beaches and restaurants. Maggie was communicative and helpful, and check in was very simple. Wonderful experience.

We spent 8 wonderful days in the villa "Casa vista do mar" – a real paradise. You immediately feel comfortable, surrounded by pure nature with breathtaking views. The holiday home is well equipped, nothing is missing. Thanks to Tobias' directions, the journey from Faro airport was easy. Andrea was there to help us and provided us with information about restaurants, shopping and excursion destinations. We were able to unwind wonderfully and recharge our batteries. The tranquility, the view and the loving care made our stay unforgettable. We recommend this holiday home without reservation and already know: We will be back! We loved our stay here- a peaceful location that is very walkable to all of the action in Lagos. Lots of amazing cafes and food options just nearby, and easy walk to the beach! The beds were comfy and the whole place was cute and cozy. Pedro was very responsive and very helpful. I hope I will be able to come back to stay here again!

When searching Airbnb for a place to stay in Portugal, Pedro’s property stood out. Beautiful property, and very beautiful room/loft. Relaxing surroundings, very peaceful during the day, nice pool, we were able to swim during the end of May. Host was helpful and responsive. Wish we planned to stay longer!

Great stay and easy check in. The flat is a very short walk to the beach with everything you need for a short stay. Shops very close by. The host kindly gave us some beach towels and umbrellas to use as well. I would recommend.

If you're searching for a fantastic spot with all amenities (and beyond ☺️) and the sweetest host in Portimão, look no further! This place offers an amazing price-to-quality ratio. Nelson even created small videos to ensure the check-in process was as simple as possible, available even at late hours without needing to ask. Don't hesitate 😉 we're definitely coming back 😄

Very good stay, very clean and well-equipped accommodation, we didn't miss anything. Very responsive host and very clear instructions received. The only downside is the noise from the busy road.

Choosing franco’s place to stay at for our short break away with friends couldn’t of been a better choice! The location was perfect, the home was cosy, spacious, very well decorated and clean! Nothing to complain. Everything was as described, very clean as well. Aiym and Andreas were very easy to communicate with. The Location is perfect, its at a little calmer spot of the usually a little livelier beach area. Super easy to reach everything. The apartment has an AC and a cute little balcony where you can even see a bit of the beach. Check-in was very smooth too.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Super cozy, clean, and well kept apartment! Great proximity to beaches and sites. They do a great job communicating and making sure you have everything you need. Parking can be tough to find at night as it is a busy apartment complex, but not the host’s fault at all and we still had a great stay!

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments over the years and I have never experienced the professionalism, adaptability and helpfulness of our host Hélia. In addition, The apartment was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities and the extra touches of bottle of wine, water and tray of snacks are what makes this such a unique experience. I am not surprised that this apartment is always booked. Thank you

Casa Surf Love is situated in an ideal location for both walking in to the centre of Alvor and going to the beach. I completely endorse the comments that other guests have made. Ingmar’s apartment is a complete home with everything anyone would need for a relaxing stay & offers value & quality. The location is excellent, a hire car is not really necessary as there are bus stops just metres away for trips to the east & west Algarve. For those who like walking the location is perfect for ambles along the coastline & to beautiful beaches. Alvor with its varied restaurants, fantastic beaches & long boardwalk is a must visit. The 3 brothers beach & its restaurants, Sol & Sombre & Canico offer excellent food & a lovely place to swim & sunbath especially if you have children. A day spent there followed by a walk back to Ingmar’s apartment makes for an enjoyable day & a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. For those who like a lively nightlife head to Roche. Ingmar is a up there with the best super hosts.

Fabulous Penthouse apartment, so very close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location. Elisa, our host was super attentive, providing all the information we needed to ensure that our short break was a peaceful and relaxing experience. We had an early flight into Faro so Elisa arranged our transport ( Carlos was brilliant) and let us drop our bags off so we could get some lunch without the bother of dragging cases around. Elisa then messaged us at 1pm saying we could get in early as the penthouse was ready. During our stay Elisa made light touches to check that everything was ok which was most welcomed. A perfect host. Highly recommended.

Very good stay in Vladimir's accommodation. Responsive, pleasant host, who advises good places. The accommodation was very good, suitable for children. The park's pools are very good (suitable for toddlers and small children) with a snack bar next door. Very good location, close to shops and close to beaches. Anyway, we're so excited!
