The apartment was amazing. Everything we would like and needed was there. Coralie was a very good host. The beach was very close to the apartment and really amazing beach.

We had a fantastic week at Lilias with a 4 and 2 year old. Location is brilliant and fantastic for a family, the beach couldnt be closer, the bus stop across the road has easy links to the old town and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. In the apartment, a travel cot and high chair were provided and it was well stocked. The pool is handy, but quite deep, an adult can stand in the shallow end but not a child, however with floats and armbands the little ones had fun. Lilia is a very responsive and helpful host, highly recommend both the apartment and Portimão.

Amazing apartment pretty much right on the beach!! You are so close to beautiful Praia da Rocha and have a beach view from the balcony. Tons of bars and restaurants close by and a grocery store right in the building. Can’t beat this location!! The apartment had been recently upgraded with a new kitchen and bathroom ... Very nice surprise and it was beautifully furnished .We felt right at home. Bed was firm and comfortable Rui is a great host and allowed us a couple extra hours on checkout day which was really nice of him. Would definitely recommend this place . 5 ⭐️

If you're searching for a fantastic spot with all amenities (and beyond ☺️) and the sweetest host in Portimão, look no further! This place offers an amazing price-to-quality ratio. Nelson even created small videos to ensure the check-in process was as simple as possible, available even at late hours without needing to ask. Don't hesitate 😉 we're definitely coming back 😄

Really happy with this stay! Considering it was a last minute booking, the host was very responsive and accommodating. Stayed consistent with communication throughout our stay with good recommendations for places to visit. The place was very homey and clean. Overall 10/10!

We had a perfect stay in this apartment. The place is spacious, clean with everything you need. The balcony (with a sea view) is a real plus. The apartment is located right next to the beach and restaurants but it is still very quiet. Ricardo is really nice and welcoming. I recommend this accommodation and I will come back without hesitation if I come back to the area!

Beautiful apartment located in a building with sea view (about 200 m). The accommodation is very bright and spacious for 2 people, with everything you need for a great stay. The communal pool at the foot of the building is very nice. The accommodation is ideally located in Portimão, where you can walk to the beaches and shops. Bruno and his team are very responsive and give good advice.

Nice apartment with a view of the amazing beach: Praia da Rocha. The kitchen is especially great - it has all the equipment you’d typically have at home (and probably even more). Perfect for a romantic dinner at home or for enjoying food deliveries if you don’t feel like eating out for a day. The parking space is also very nice and spacious, ideal for your (rental) car. The host, Estelle, was super friendly and responded quickly to any questions or requests. A sufficient number of towels were provided for a relaxing day at the beach. As I read in other reviews, some noise from outside can be heard in the apartment - this is true, but it only happens on Saturday nights (which is the usual party night in Portugal). The rest of the week was quiet in my experience. This is something to keep in mind if you’re planning to leave early on a Sunday morning. Navigating to the apartment is easiest by entering the name of the restaurant next to it: Vinhos & Comidas, Portimão

We enjoyed our stay at Ana's apartment in January for 11 days. The apartment was very clean and located very close to restaurants, grocery stores and a very easy walk to the beach. Ana was very responsive to our few requests.

The perfect location in an amazing part of Portugal. Jose’s place was spotless and perfectly located. He was very responsive anytime we needed to reach out and was so helpful with digging things to see and places to eat. Do not hesitate to book with Jose it was a wonderful experience and we’ll DEFINITELY be back!

Very good stay, very clean and well-equipped accommodation, we didn't miss anything. Very responsive host and very clear instructions received. The only downside is the noise from the busy road.

A quiet spot on a street around the corner from all the tourist destinations. Very close to the excellent Portimão Marina, beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Good communication from host. We had to collect the keys from a local box about a minute from the house which wasn't an issue but a little difficult to find. Car parking instructions could have been clearer, it's underground but didn't tell us which road to access it from. The apartment was spacious and as described. There was no toiletries so bring your own. Good location and quiet.

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

The apartment was beautiful and very homely. Stanislava was there to meet me and show me around, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, water and basket of snacks waiting. Could not fault anything at all. Even beach towels were provided. The apartment is very well located for all the amenities, bars restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. Bus station is a five minute walk so you can jump on a bus and go to any resort. Train station 15 min walk. Had a really chilled and relaxing holiday.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was in perfect condition, very clean and close to the city centre on foot. The pool is a real plus! I recommend it:)

Looks amazing on the photos, it’s actually better when you are there, with jaw dropping views. Host was first class.
