Luis was not in Floripa but he left everything right with an explanatory video of how we would enter the apartment and made available together with Andrea his assistance that is pure sympathy, we feel at home, apartment with its suites plus one bathroom we were very comfortable, wide balcony, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, laundry with lava and drought we do not need to use but there is a very comfortable apartment all new, there is a sea block, with restaurants, cafeterias and nearby markets, a fantastic heated pool on the last floor, it was very worth our stay,thanks.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

Estadia marvellous!!! Adriano and very receptive wife, as well as Elisa, a girl who helped us before check in! All impeccable, cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything clean and organized, we took care as if it were our own, because it was possible to understand the affection and care they had so that we had a good experience! We are just for the next trip, and we will definitely look for Adriano again!

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. Luciano is a great host and the place is wonderful. Super close to beach and has all amenities including outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, amazing sauna an even restaurant inside of the condominium. The food and service was super great. The best touch was the view from Luciano place, right onto the ocean. The apartment is located facing the East and you can see the sunrise everyday. Very beautiful! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside every day just to enjoy the view.

First experience with Airbnb. It was amazing!! Impeccable apartment, as soon as we arrived it was super fragrant, very cozy atmosphere. The host was very hospitable and left us a "treat". Super easy to contact and explained everything to us. We will definitely be back

The accommodation is very comfortable, as shown in the photographs. The area is very safe, and it is also meters from the beach. Marina is an excellent host: she is always pending and resolves any concerns as soon as possible.

Awesome place! Peace, Tranquility, Easy access and close to the attractions of the lagoon. The Host is a show apart, Alexandre was very solicitous and attentive from the time of booking. I will definitely stay there again.

The apartment is super functional and literally one block from Brava Beach. Da Janelinha do Bathroom you can even see the sunrise at sea in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet and has a small market nearby, where you can buy the basics for breakfast and snacks. In the low season there are few options for commerce and restaurants in the area, but access is easy to other nearby neighborhoods with more options. We really enjoyed our stay there and the hosts have been helpful all the time.

The apt was spotless, we received it in excellent hygienic conditions. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It is super equipped for 8 people. We loved the security of the building and the apto itself. We were with a one-year-old baby and felt right at home. As for the rooms, super comfortable beds, bathrooms with powerful showers... I would again choose this option to come for a family vacation. The super attentive and responsible host, we had a little mishap with an air conditioner that did not work well and in consultation I solve it immediately sending a technician to review. From 1 to 10, I rated it with 10 points. We'll be back !!!
