Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor but has 7 flights of stairs that seem to be on the 7th floor, but it is just an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a problem with your spine or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

The place is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, games for children and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant that also serves on the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is fast and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has splits in all the bedrooms and in the living room, cellar, crystal bowls, 2 spaces in the garage and on the balcony you can see the sea. The internet works very well. we want to go back already.

We felt very comfortable in the wind studio. Hosts were responsive to our concerns. The place was as shown in the photos, very complete kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment has a washing machine (not seen in the photos) that came to us very well to wash the tights of the day to day. The area is quiet, ideal for resting. Ponta das Canas beach is one of our favorites on the island of Floripa. Thank you very much for everything provided, we plan to return.

The apartment is nice, modern, and they keep it very clean and functional. Its location is great, the neighborhood is the most exclusive on the island. It had all the necessary equipment to spend a few very pleasant days of rest. The hosts were attentive, and everything worked very well.

We travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Boris was a great host, I recommend staying!

Yamil, an EXCELLENT person, friendly, always attentive to wapp and no problem. The place, the best in Lagoinha! the complex is over the beach, you go straight down into the sand. From the bed to the barefoot beach on a spotless floor, a pool also barbaric. But being on the beach and serving with umbrellas and lounge chairs is ideal. Also you are where not all the tumult of people, it is more secluded and much better. The depto for us left over has 3 en-suite bedrooms, plus a boy with 2 bunks and baths. Laundry room, service bathroom. A large kitchen with integrated dining area and living room. We always ate at the balcony that is ideal and very pleasant. A real vacation! We will book it every year...

Great apartment, matched the photos, clean, organized, new furniture and utensils. Rodrigo and Sélia were extremely attentive and cordial. Anyway, I recommend the hosts and the apartment.

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

I confess that I had a lot of difficulty accessing it, but it was surprising to get to the place! The stay is truly spectacular, the cleanliness is surprisingly impeccable, the care and zeal with every detail thought about the space is remarkable! Renata always asks and meets all needs! I highly recommend it.

The accommodation was wonderful and matched the photos in the description! Hosts Lenon and Marcelo responded quickly and were attentive. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility in the schedule, I would like to enter the property a little earlier, to store the refrigerator supplies due to the preparation of my birthday. As I am a local of SC, I have already found flexibility in other condominiums, at that time because it was out of season and knowing that the property was closed. However, this did not prevent us from spending three pleasant days. My family and I really liked the place, the view from the property. It was worth it!!
