We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Perfect for enjoying unforgettable moments with family, friends or romantic getaways. The house is in the condominium's hallway. The condominium barbecue area cannot be used by tenants. The house has a barbecue grill.

Spacious house, beautiful decor, comfortable, located in a residential area, with spectacular ocean views and lots of greenery. Just a 250-meter walk to the beach. It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or listen to loud music, under penalty of a fine and contract termination in case of non-compliance with the rules. We provide a trusted employee, who can be hired separately for cooking and cleaning services. Split air-conditioning in all rooms.
