Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 meters from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

The house is located just 200m from Julião beach, 500m from Grande beach and 800m from Feiticeira beach. It has easy access to bakeries, restaurants and markets. Ilhabela is full of waterfalls and next to the house of the little beach there is the waterfall of Três Tombos, Bexiga and Veloso.
