Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia da Feiticeira

We had an excellent stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

The house is great, spacious and super nice. The outside area is a highlight, with hammocks, a delicious swimming pool and barbecue, as well as being very close to Julião beach, which is our favorite beach in Ilhabela. Marcelo and Erica are super helpful, they respond quickly. I loved it and we will definitely be back.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it is super well structured and clean. The hosts were attentive and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

Simply perfect! The house is beautiful, super well-equipped, exactly as in the photos (or even better!). Everything is extremely clean, airy, with no smell of mould - which is rare to find in beach houses. The view is wonderful, and every corner of the house was thought out with great affection and good taste. Special mention to Nati, who received us with great attention and was super helpful at all times, making us feel very comfortable and well assisted. An amazing experience, we'll definitely be back!

Casa das Cabras is fantastic! With a beautiful view and a very comfortable structure, it was the perfect setting for my bachelor party with friends, where we barbecued and enjoyed ourselves in peace, surrounded by the sea and nature. Denise was very helpful and helped us throughout the stay, as well as having excellent recommendations for people to support us in the house. I recommend it as a special place to rest and enjoy Ilhabela.

We have known Guaecá for a long time. The stay was very good and brought many good memories. The house and the place are wonderful. Cecilia and Roberto served us very well. We should definitely be back soon.

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I find broader both internally and the backyard. the yard wall is also taller than it looks. But what delighted me most about the lodging were the small details that are not in the listing: pillows and bedding very cozy; wonderful shower; several appliances not included in the listing. The owner of the space with an unparalleled sympathy, answered our requests very quickly. Next visit to Maresias I will seek to rent the space again!

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, and since we arrived we had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful porters, the parking area is free to park wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure, the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to feel good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there's also a gym, I thought everything was very organised in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything was clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and blackout curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!

The house is exactly like the listing, all very clean and organized, plus the privileged location! Great stay!!
