Everything was great!

The accommodation was amazing, such a lovely place to stay, my family and I had a great vacation, the place was very local to all the main attractions and the staff was very helpful, I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again, thank you very much ☺️

The space is surreal, modern design, well-distributed and breathtaking view… you'll be mesmerized. Since it has a well-equipped kitchen, it is worth the preparation of light meals, but there are 2 nearby restaurants (you can go on foot). These units are part of the new Ioda structure, on the street below but possible and easy access (crossing the street) to the old complex where the infinita borga pool is located. Thanks Team Ioda, we'll be back soon.

We had a perfect weekend. The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean. Smelly towels and bedding. Kitchen with full utensils. Tânia was super attentive, answered all messages and we had no problems. I didn't enjoy the pool because there wasn't enough time. I hope to return soon.

The residence is wonderful, even better than the photos!!!It's all for your group to have fun with comfort inside the house! Besides everything is very close to the beach of Geribá, easy to go on foot. Castro was extremely kind, being very flexible with check-in and check-out times. You don't want to leave!!! I hope to have the opportunity to return because it was really great!

Everything is fine with the stay, the property is as advertised. Good location, quiet place, options for Bars and Restaurant nearby. Host always communicative and with clear information. I recommend it to everyone.

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 suites and a bedroom without a bathroom, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very large and super complete kitchen and room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has barbecue and cooktop already with gas, very nice place. The pool is small but it answered what we needed. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cut, because in the morning there was a lot of clarity. Great safe condominium house and helpful host, super recommend!

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well cared for, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to visit again.

We loved the accommodation, we felt at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the fridge and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

We love the loft, very clean and organized hotel comfort, great staff, with an apartment hotel price. Very comfortable, great bedding, good kitchen utensils, also good. It was worth every day and with a great price.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

The apartment itself is already charming, has a decoration that conveys that air of home and warmth. Very well equipped with everything we need and more. Not to mention that you can put the net on the balcony and relax by listening to the waves of the sea at night Great location, just one block from the beach, has a small handicrafts fair on the side street, a restaurant with wonderful food, supermecated nearby. Mr. Diel was very helpful, polite, agile to answer us and clarify all questions, in addition to passing on several tips and useful information... I also want to leave the education of all the employees who work in the building, especially the porters, a simplicity and charisma that is almost no longer seen.... I will undoubtedly return....

The space is very good. Great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial downtown, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. Thank you and I will always come back. If you want to go for a walk, it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio day and night (a tip these 2)

Silvio was super receptive with us, we arrived earlier than expected and he allowed us to check in in in advance. The apartment was super clean, the appliances all new, the bed very comfortable. We'll be back for sure! It was a great experience. Super friendly and solicitous hosts.

Our hosting with Valmir and Fatima was excellent! From the moment we closed with them, they have always shown a lot of attention. We gave us recommendations for tours, nearby locations! The atmosphere of the apartment is excellent, close to many shops, it is very nice. I highly recommend it .

I had the pleasure of staying with my husband and our 6 year old daughter from 22/3 to 1/4/25, and I can only thank you for the wonderful experience. From the first moment, Sergio and Beatriz stood out for their kindness and attention. Always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations about the area, they made us feel welcome and cared for. The apartment is simply spectacular. It is perfectly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, not to miss our house. The beds are super comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and the decor, with a warm and cozy touch, made us feel right at home. Also, the facilities are modern and quality which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just 200 meters from Rua das Pedras and with access to transportation right at the gate of the complex. I highly recommend this beautiful place without any hesitation. We'll definitely be back!

Impeccable experience! Amazing place!

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

The house is a space of peace and tranquility, very well equipped and spacious. The rooms are great size, we rest a lot. The house has its own style, super cozy and full of details that we have been discovering a little each day. What I liked the most was the silence and at night, I went to the balcony of the suite to smell the sea breeze. César is an excellent host, always available to meet our demands. Thank you very much, César!

The villa is wonderful by vdd, a lush view, but one of the reasons tb in always being there is Dona Leci, we always hire her to help us prepare meals! She is a human sweet and very organized!
