Fábio's apartment is outstanding! Very well located, next to the main beaches, with easy access to everything. The space is spacious, comfortable and has all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The host was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the trip. I recommend it to everyone and I would definitely stay again!

My stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, spacious, comfortable and with a lovely sea view. The location is perfect, close to everything, which makes it very easy. The hostess was very receptive and attentive, always available for any questions. I had no problem during the stay. My friends and I had a great weekend at Daniela and Denise's house. The house is even more wonderful in person than in the photos and had everything we needed. The communication was also very good from start to finish, we definitely recommend it and we already want to go back!

One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, brand new washing machine, lots of bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it!!!

I simply loved it , I felt at home in every question. I arrived I was very well received , the flat was super clean and smelling . I didn't read in the description , but I was surprised because I had everything . Even dryer thing , which I loved , iron , beach chairs, umbrellas . The super-furnished kitchen has everything we need .

Parking is not covered, but it is easy to park and has plenty of parking spaces. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

Quiet stay. Large space, clear, airy, more beautiful, than in the photos. Joelita and her very kind and helpful husband, gave tips on beaches and places for food and shopping. The co-host also sent good tips. There are a few steps of stairs, but they provide an elevator for elderly people, luggage and shopping. Super cozy apartment, the balcony is very nice to stay and admire the scenery, very close to the beach, we felt at home.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Our stay was great, we were very well received by Claudia who was very requested and welcomed us very well. The apartment is impeccable, equipped and very organized, has all the kitchen items and has a great location. We hope to return soon.

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated, cool, well lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we slept and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left a little to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach the rooms well. Oh, and I missed a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth visiting!!

Vitors apartament is beautiful and spacious with 4 bedrooms and a generous outdoor area. The highlight is the location, views and proximity to the beach. Communication was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant. I would certainly recommend.
