Beautiful, comfortable apartment and surroundings. The hosts’ design background was evident in bringing together old and new. We were sad that we weren’t able to enjoy the restaurant but the grounds were lovely. Private patio was a bonus and every day we enjoyed the views over the river. Would highly recommend.

We had a nice stay at this renovated apartment/house, everything was very clean. Large pleasant terrace, comfortable beds, parking next to the house. quiet and friendly village. Thomas was always very responsive to messages and flexible. Small downside however, for the slightly black-out curtains in the 2 bedrooms upstairs

Very clean and nice ti have a stove in Winter. And rarely an EXCELLENT selection of knives for cooking!

Very good stay in Anaïs' studio in Fumel. Very well located, with direct parking nearby, tastefully decorated and very well thought out. A perfect welcome and little touches appreciated. I will be sure to stay there again during an upcoming visit to this beautiful region... Especially since I did not even had time to enjoy the charming terrace or gym available too!

This charming home is exactly as it appears in photos and descriptions. Very thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. Great location within a quick walk of all Belves - in the heart of the Dordogne. Strongly recommend, and would stay here again!

Loved our stay at Roland's The house was super bright beautiful with very beautiful rooms and everything available The pool for athletes and a beautiful home to play together. The house was arranged by Roland with the whole family in mind. We'll be happy to go back, especially since Roland is a thoughtful, responsive host who is very smiling.

Lovely house, beautiful setting near heart of village . Hosts easy to communicate with, which ensured that we were left to thoroughly enjoy our stay !

Gorgeous house over three floors, very spacious and everything was very new and convenient for cooking, large fridge and space. I was worried about the heat with no air con but the house was very cool as stone and we slept comfortably. Upper floor was hotter but good fans provided. Great for family and the dog had a perfect cold space next to the kitchen. Also great location, easy to find and park. We walked into town to shops and restaurants, we went to the Wednesday night food festival and we also went to the pool with the kids which is a five minute walk and inexpensive. Belves is very close to some great beautiful places to visit in the Dordogne, a great few days stay en route south from the UK.

Pleasant stay in a picturesque environment. At Sophie's, everything is done to make you feel at home. We were able to enjoy the lunches on the terrace, overlooking the castle of Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, due to superb weather. Ideally located for discovering the Dordogne and more particularly its castles. An address to keep, which we recommend without hesitation. Thank you Sophie!

i would recommend it to everyone!!!! close to the city center by car, very clean apartment with a terrace that is too cute. hosts are more than nice! Go without a second thought.
