The location of the apartment is ideal, in front of the beach with a unique view. The person in charge was attentive all the time, the instructions were very clear, the perfect space for the 6 people who stayed and everything was very organized and clean. Excellent accommodation.

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was exactly as described, clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect: close to the beach, restaurants, and everything Santa Marta has to offer, yet peaceful enough to relax. One major plus was the Wi-Fi, it was strong and reliable, which made it easy to get some remote work done without any stress. The setup was perfect for balancing both work and fun. This was the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, and still stay connected. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Marta. Thank you for making my birthday trip unforgettable!

The apartment is very nice and well cared for, the beds comfortable and the host was attentive during the stay, and I even help us with more beach towels as we were a large group. The condo is very complete and we really enjoy the pools and the jacuzzi. Some suggestions to make the guest experience even better would be: A large folding clothes rack is needed, since the apartment is for many people and being close to the pool and the sea, a lot of wet clothes is generated. Which would facilitate the drying of the garments and improve comfort. The balcony is empty, it would be good to optimize this space that is currently underused, having a table and chairs or even furniture, so that guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets or use it as a social and rest area. It would be ideal to have more cooking pots or, failing that, to have a pressure cooker and rice cooker for those who want to cook like us.

We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

We were very happy at Casa Olivia. Everything is new. The bed is 2 meters wide. The bathroom is superb. The pool is awesome with beautiful sea views and sunset views. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Young children play on the street in the evening. There is one person who does outdoor cleaning every day. She is very kind. Luis lives next door and is always available. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

Overall the place was great! Relaxing and beautiful. Some noisy neighbors came during our stay but after talking to the owner they eventually calmed down.

Next to Zazué, a shopping centre with Carulla and restaurants Jorge is always very friendly and responds quickly, all the condominium staff are very friendly
