Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

The accommodation is excellent. As shown in the photos and description. Pozos Colordos in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing, walking along the beach. There is a shopping centre nearby where you can find restaurants, pharmacies and a supermarket. Access to the apartment is easy. The building has a nice pool and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

We were two families, with babies. Perfect location, easy access to the beach and covered pool area (at certain times under the trees). Couldn’t have been happier!

It's an incredible place, Felipe was always attentive, the space is very elegant and great for relaxing.

It is comfortable, clean, the beach is nearby, the pools are great, if you want a beach plan it is perfect, it is a bit far from areas such as the Rodadero and the historic center which makes it a very quiet place.

Everything is super nice, the building is modern and the room has a very good view. There is some dust from the surrounding buildings but it is not very annoying. Great choice

Excellent apartment, Andrea’s team is very proactive, easy instructions, the hotel pool is beautiful and the Gym is well equipped. Near malls are recently opened so there are few shops but potentially by the moment you are reading this should’ve changed.

My stay at the apartment was excellent. The place was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ocean view is really beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and maintained clear and timely communication throughout the experience. I recommend this place for those looking for a few days of rest near the beach in Santa Marta.

My family and I really liked this place. It was as it appeared in the description, it was very clean, organized and had everything needed to enjoy the stay in comfort. The pool and gym in the building are very good and the best of all is the proximity to the beach. Patricia was very attentive to all the details and helped us with the flexibility in the time of arrival. Would 100% return

The place is comfortable, very quiet and close to the beach. The internet is very fast (I worked and had video calls), everything was super clean and the kitchen well equipped. I liked that there were two bathrooms. And sunsets are a crazy thing. We regret booking for such a short time.

It’s been the Best stay my family and I have had. I fell in love with every single detail of our stay. The HOST Marta, received us at the door with a warm welcome, she was in contact at all times making sure we were having all we needed and we were having a great stay. ANA was recommended by the host to help us with the cooking and cleaning and she was AWESOME, she was a very sweet lady, easy going and helped us with no complaint,our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her. The HOUSE breath taking views, private , easy access, little active kids friendly , spacious better than described all you need to have the dreamed vacation is there. Right in front of the beach, the pool and close to the markets. I LoVed our stay and was very sad to leave. Thank you Marta and Ana we had the Best time.

Everything was excellent at Nancy's accommodation. She and her sister Isabel made our days great. Very kind and polite people. They gave us good recommendations for tours, the The apartment was impeccable, excellent views, it had everything you needed, you had impressive amenities!! In the end, everything was perfect.
