In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

The apartment is located within walking distance from numerous bars, restaurants or discos (400 or 500m). Public transport, shops, galleries are all within easy reach. Sports and recreational infrastructure is also nearby if you are planning a family or sporting trip.

I have a perfectly located apartment for you: in a quiet, peaceful, green housing estate, and at the same time close to the center – only 1 tram stop! On site, you will enjoy a bedroom and a sunny living room, a kitchen where you can easily prepare meals and a spacious balcony overlooking the center of Poznań. I took care of the apartment as best I could. However, if you need anything else, I am close – I live with my family next door.
