Manoj is a great host . He provided early check-in and late checkout due to availability. He was very responsive and there was clear instructions to reach the place. The apartment was squeaky clean. With all the amenities mentioned. There was balcony with a good view of the pond. And walkable distance to padmanabhaswamy temple and also many great restaurant and art stores. Highly recommended!!

We recently stayed at Raj Villa in Trivandrum, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Mr. Bijju was incredibly helpful and attentive. He guided us through everything — right from our arrival, helping with local information, to adjusting our plans when needed. We were a family of 10, and the house felt just like our own. It was spacious, clean, and homely — not once did we feel like we were staying in someone else's place. Every corner of the house reflected comfort and warmth. What touched us most was how difficult it was to say goodbye — we genuinely felt sad leaving. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of hospitality and homely comfort. Highly recommend Raj Villa to anyone visiting Trivandrum — especially families looking for a cozy, peaceful stay with amazing support from the host!

"Perfect Stay Near the City – Feels Just Like Home!" in south side stay I had a wonderful stay at this home located very close to the city. It truly felt like staying at my own place. The house is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, especially for cooking – everything I needed was readily available. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure I had a comfortable experience. The cleanliness and hygiene of the house were top-notch. Overall, I had a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Besonderes, friedliches, ruhiges Guesthous. An keiner Strasse gelegen. Man geht über Stege durch den Dschungel und dann viele Treppen hinauf zum Haus mit schönem Garten. Von jedem Stockwerk hat mein eine besondere Sicht bis zum nahe gelegenen Meer und kann den Krähen und Milanen zusehen, die zum Trinken an die Balkone kommen. Jeden morgen wird das Haus in hinduistischer Tradition mit Blüten, Kerzen und Räucherstäbchen geschmückt. Hanna ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Ich hoffe, ich darf wiederkommen ☺️
