Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Povljana

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed was super comfortable and smelled great. The pool is a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a holiday immediately.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the vicinity, much can be reached in 10-15 minutes, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options are not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

simply indescribable.... The previous reviews say it too. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It just had everything and the pictures are exactly as the apartment is. The beach is not far away and you can walk to everything. We were warmly welcomed and also said goodbye. I can highly recommend the place. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything ❣️

A wonderful stay with Susie and Tomislav – extremely warm, helpful hosts. The apartment was exactly as in the photos: clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. The large balcony with whirlpool was a highlight! We felt at home from the first moment and would love to come back. Thank you!

We stayed at 1st floor in the apartment which was super clean, kitchen had everything you need, also a dishwasher, coffee machine. We came with our almost 2year old son and they provided us with highchair and travel cot. There’s air conditioning all over the apartment which is very nice. We also enjoyed the terrace which is aproachable from every room. Jože and his wife were extremely nice and friendly, we felt really welcomed at their place. Beach is nearby, 3minute walk. Easy access for children to the sea. There’s a little shadow on the beach so it’s better if you bring some beach umbrellas. There’s shop, bakery, restaurants and cafes really near apartment so you basically don’t need to use your car, just enjoy your vacation. It was really nice stay, we would recomend it.

ivana's house is very pretty, it is decorated with great taste! the old town is 25mn walk. We spent 2 nights and we really liked the area for its calm, especially the sea view directly from the terrace. We would highly recommend it.

Vesna is a very pleasant and warm person who is a perfect hostess. Already in advance and during the stay, she answered all questions and gave helpful tips for the area. The apartment is as in the photos, very bright and clean. The sea can be seen from all sides, breakfast on the balcony has been a dream! There was already fruit and drinks in the fridge upon arrival. The apartment is well and fully equipped and has a modern bathroom. Restaurants and the beach (kite beach) are 5 and 15 minutes' walk away. The apartment is good and quiet and even has a terrace and garden. It is quiet, but a little noisy to the apartment above. I highly recommend Vesna and the Airbnb and will gladly come back again. :)

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment also has everything you need (cooking, etc) Thank you :)

It was our first vacation and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location as well as the people in the area were unsurpassed. I would be happy to come back.

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!
