Monthly Rentals in Povile

The place was calm and the apartment had everything you could need ! Fully equipped kitchen, enough towels and enough space. It was very clean and well kept, but the biggest compliments goes to Klaudia ! We had troubles getting there and she really cared about us like a family member, gave tips and we felt so so welcomed ! It was the New Years and she gifted us some delicious sweets ! I am really thankful to her for showing how nice Croatian people are ! Hvala hvala 🥰

I use the Airbnb formula a lot for my vacations but it is the first time that I am satisfied with everything proposed by the Host, excellent location, clean apartment tidy and tastefully furnished, host and his collaborators very efficient for every need, some small tips to improve I will give him as private feedback, host and location highly recommended. My boyfriend and I spent a really nice week in Marijas appartment. It looked exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen hat everything we needed and the whole appartment was super clean. Marija was really nice and easy reachable. She also gave us some recommendations for restaurants and beaches to vistit in the area. Would come back anytime :)

My wife and I and our two small dogs were Matea's guests for a 5day vacation. Matea and her family was very friendly and helpful. The place was perfectly clean and in an orderly fashion. It is on the groundfloor so it isn't too hot and if it is needed the airconditioner cools down the whole appartement. You've got everything what is needed on a vacation. The place is opposite from an autocamp, whoose beach you can use freely, it is 1 minute walk. The water is perfectly clean, its upper layer is very cold and the lover layers are warm. The place is a good base, because many bigger cities are a few minutes car ride. The nearest beach which has complitely warm water is in the next city Novi Vinodolski, a 5 minutes car ride. We are very thankful for having such a good hosts! We can just recommend Matea and her appartement for everyone! Thank you again!
