Take a step back in this newly renovated gîte with its own style. Gîte Loutre is located in the middle of the forest and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle and washing machine. A barbecue is in front of the cottage Of course, the gite has WIFI. The area is beautiful and is located in the middle of nature. The room is bright and has a nice view that you can enjoy. We have fallen like a block for this place, come and experience it here!! Autumn/winter is also a nice time here. Puy de Sancy is also an hour's drive away; it's beautiful there too.

Central heating via a pellet stove. Parking in front of the house. Please note: no washing machine at this time.
