The charm of Les Sables Blancs

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Il est ouvert sur une terrasse de 5m2 et est tout équipé avec un lit king size 1.6mx 2m, lave linge, lave vaisselle, frigo congélateur, Nespresso, four multifonctions, TV 117cm, grille pain... Come and enjoy the large sandy beach of Aber, the bird sanctuary, the GR 34, water activities... Simply sit on the terrace to admire the sea and the sky, the tide that rises and falls towards the historic site of the lime kiln, the boats in Douarnenez Bay, the peculiarity of the light that creates different atmospheres throughout the day. The sea and the sky sometimes merge... and leave room for imagination.

The apartment is located in the heart of Douarnenez, an ideal location for a very nice vacation, everything is within walking distance: port museum, city center, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants with terraces, Tourist Office 500 m away. On the third floor of a secure residence with a bird's eye and panoramic view of the entire Port Rhu. The apartment is large and very bright. Wi-Fi with fiber optics.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).

Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.  

Waterfront studio (Little Saint-Jean 2)

The studio was completely renovated in 2018 by an interior designer. Facing Saint-Jean Beach, it was designed as a seaside setting, with wood and quality materials. Another similar studio, on the ground floor, is available for rent for people wishing to come with another couple. The 2 studios are one above the other.
