From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Waterfront studio (Little Saint-Jean 2)

The studio was completely renovated in 2018 by an interior designer. Facing Saint-Jean Beach, it was designed as a seaside setting, with wood and quality materials. Another similar studio, on the ground floor, is available for rent for people wishing to come with another couple. The 2 studios are one above the other.
