On the 3rd floor of an artist's house, you will sleep under the roofs as close to the stars as possible. EVERYTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: beaches, daily market, shops (mini-market and creperie opposite), restaurants, boat museum, Les Plomarc'h, parking lots, if you arrive by bus it only takes 5 minutes to get to the rental.

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Our apartment is conveniently located on the quays of the Port du Rosmeur with its cafes, restaurants, and warm atmosphere. You also have a beach where you can swim. The city center, Les Halles, the bus, are within a 5-minute walk. An unmissable walk awaits you from the apartment: the Plomarc'h coastal path that connects the Port du Rosmeur to Ris Beach.

In a 2-story rsd located 100 m from Les Sables Blancs beach and Tréboul thalasso, this superb 32 m2 luxury T2 refurbished with very nice services will welcome you on the 1st floor. It is open to a 5m2 terrace and is fully equipped with a king size bed 1.6mx 2m, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso, multifunction oven, TV 117cm, toaster...
