Contance's place is well located. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It is very well equipped. Mobilize, BBQ, garden, beach stuff, etc. everything is there. Cooking utensils and cooking essentials are present. It feels like home. This is one of the best places we've rented. Go there without so much as a second thought!

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at this gite. Isabelle and Fabrice were very welcoming and communication was fluid from start to finish. The accommodation is ideally located, a few minutes drive from Montpellier and the beaches, in the pretty village of Assas. The environment is quiet and relaxing, with the castle of Assas nearby — perfect for a relaxing moment. A beautiful place that I would recommend without hesitation!

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.

Very simple house to access, in a residential and quiet area (spaces in front of the house to park + easy parking in the subdivision). The house is spacious (huge living room), the rooms are very arranged and have private or shared bathrooms very pleasant as well. It has everything you need (quality bedding, lots of dishes, bed and bath linen, appliances...). The exterior is also superb, with a large swimming pool, garden furniture, a large umbrella... We had a lovely stay in this house. Check-in and checkout can be done independently, which is convenient
