Welcome to my haven of nature and tranquillity, just a stone's throw from Colle dell'Infinito. The panoramic terrace is the heart of it all: a pergola among vines, bougainvillea, Phoenix palms, bamboo and lemon trees, from which the view sweeps over the sea of Porto Recanati, the Basilica of Loreto and, on clear days, the snow-capped peaks of the Apennines. Nature is also at home indoors: monstera, pothos and flowering plants create a serene, fragrant atmosphere. It's one of those places where time just slows down on its own.

Air-conditioned attic 100 meters from the sea

Open-space attic of about 80 square meters. The building has 3 floors with an elevator, and the attic is reached by a flight of stairs. Inside, there is a living area with a dining table, a kitchen with a coffee machine and a microwave oven, a TV, and a sofa bed. The double bed is near the terrace overlooking the sea and in summer is set up with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a new shower, washing machine and sink. The area is well served and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Franc and Marco - Beachfront Attic Apartment

Newly renovated attic a stone's throw from the sea and the city centre. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need to spend a relaxing holiday with a sea view. It is located on the third floor without a lift. The apartment can comfortably accommodate three people and also has a sofa bed for an additional guest. Among the various amenities offered, you will find one coffee per guest per day with a pod machine, tea and herbal teas. However, we do not guarantee ironed sheets. :)
