The massive garden house is a separate small accommodation [about 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas are available. Baby travel cots can be delivered on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near Lake Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

The approx. 15 sqm terrace adjoins the private entrance to the apartment, which invites you to relax or barbecue. The S-Bahn [suburban train] can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.

The train station is approx. 10 minutes' walk, where you can connect to the Regional Express as well as the S-Bahn trains to Nuremberg and Regensburg. Nuremberg can thus be reached in 30 minutes and Regensburg in 50 minutes. A parking space is right outside the door; this can be used for the duration of the stay.
