Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

There is also space for two families with children, who can let off steam in the adjacent playground. Our pets, the miniature dachshund Paule, the cat Püppi as well as a few chickens will surely meet you in the yard. In just 20 minutes you are in Stralsund, Greifswald or on Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Bike rides along the Baltic Sea, kitesurfing in the shallow waters or hikes through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

Perfect for two people.
