Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Posedarje

This place was amazing, the host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to accommodate our later check in time. He sent us a comprehensive list of activities and places of interest around the area that we explored with the bikes that he rents for free. The apartment is very clean and there is a laundry machine with detergent provided, along with a drying rack on the balcony. There are several markets around the apartment and you can access the city relatively easily with the provided bikes or a very short drive. The mobile hotspot egg is also very useful and we used it the whole time.

Both Ivan as a host and his beautiful accommodations surpassed expectations in every way. The apartment is sophisticated and elegant, fancier than most hotels. Everything is pristine and Ivan has gone to great lengths to ensure that his guests want for nothing. He has thought of everything, and then gone the extra mile. His attention, swift responses and recommendations are also to be noted. Very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at, and we would love to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible welcome package that Andreja provided. I highly recommend staying at Andreja’s place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Aufschließen ✌️ durchatmen 👌 und einfach nur wohlfühlen 🤌 in jeder Räumlichkeit absolut möglich. Andrej ist mega bemüht, angenehm und schnell in der Kommunikation. Verlängerung spontan unkompliziert. Sehr sauber und sehr angenehme Gerüche. Zadar war nicht unsere Stadt um Kroatien lieben zu lernen. Atmosphäre und kroatischen Flair geht entlang der Küste 100x besser. Aber um sich nach dem Abenteuerurlaub zu entspannen, definitiv in Andrejs Apartment 🤩 Dankeschön, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

My daughter had a great few days at Durdica’s apartment she felt safe, even arriving late from the airport and enjoyed the proximity to the sea for a morning dip. The apartment is a prefect size to be independent and cook meals at home but close to shops and restaurants. It was great for a few days meeting up with friends.

Ein sehr, sehr außergewöhnliches und traumhaft schönes Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeber sind phänomenal , besser kann man mit seinen Gästen nicht umgehen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zuhause und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa di Polisane ist eines der schönsten Häuser, in denen wir Gast waren. Julia und Robert danken wir von 🤍für den warmherzigen Empfang und ihre Gastfreundschaft. Ein traumhaftes Haus, das ich von ganzem Herzen weiter empfehlen kann.

We just loved everything about this place. Nice and fair owners, uncomplicated communication, all in all everything was great!

Me and a couple of friends spent our vacation in this villa. The house was nice and cozy, super clean, and had everything necessary (also has a separate laundry room which is amazing in case you want to do your laundry). Ivana was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or comments. It’s very close to the beach, u can also get some groceries right across the street and have some local seafood at the restaurants nearby. The overall experience of both the Villa Avis and Posedarje was great. I fully recommend 😊🫶🏻

Klaudija ist eine unfassbar nette und liebevolle Gastgeberin ! In Ihrem Haus fühlt man sich rundum wohl , es ist super sauber und man hat alles was man braucht! Alles entspricht den Fotos. Unser Highlight war der beleuchtete Salzwasser Pool. Wir kommen wieder ! Danke liebe Klaudija.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Villa und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Der Pool war unser zweites zuhause. Zum Strand sind es ungefähr 20min zu Fuß. Nach Zadar braucht man mit Auto ungefähr 30min.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Die Unterkunft liegt genau richtig! In der Altstadt dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt auf der 4. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses ohne Aufzug, jedoch war das für uns kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir konnten Kleinigkeiten kochen, ohne Einschränkungen. Das, was mich persönlich besonders gefallen hat, ist das saubere große Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Zadar. Sehr zentral. Sehr schick, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
