Relax, explore and unwind in this large, cosy apartment on our organic farm, in the foothills of the Serra da Gardunha mountains. Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Vila Cancelos Douro “Master Suite”

Vila Cancelos Douro suites nestles at the foot of the Serra da Boneca. This schist building houses have just two independent suites, without internal connection. Its charming decoration is invaded by the peaceful landscape of the Douro River that enters in such a way that it seems to be part of it. The saltwater infinity pool has a privileged view of the Douro River, a great place for a refreshing swim or contemplating the tranquility of the river and the schist villages of Midões , Gondarém.

Casa do Vitó, of traditional architecture, is located in the village of Paços, parish of Souselo in the municipality of Cinfães, in a rural cluster next to EN222, a mythical road in our country. In the surrounding area, you can take nature hikes, tours along the Douro and Paiva rivers, visit the Paiva Walkways or discover the charms of the Magic Mountains. You will be welcomed by the host Vitó who, being local and knowing the area, will help you discover the region's charms.

Casa dos Vinhais Douro Valley is a century-old house with unique and original spaces and magnificent views over the River Douro. Located in Senhora da Ribeira, on the north bank of the Douro River (15 meters away), it has stunning views over the river and the mountains. An ideal place to relax, go boating or kayaking (additional cost). Hiking, 4x4 tours, wine tasting and dining are just some of the experiences you can enjoy. The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).
